Shipping Information

Our shippings are sent from Hamburg, Germany using postal/DHL services. All deliveries are made within one to three business days after payment is received.

• Delivery to Europe will take 5-7 days.
• All international orders are shipped – time of delivery varies!. Normally you will receive your purchase around 4 weeks after your payment. I will provide you with a tracking number of your package.

Packages are uninsured, unless specifically requested and paid for by the customer. Packages sent without insurance are the responsibility of the customer once they leave my shop.

We am not responsible for goods if lost or damaged in the post, and for international clients, I am not responsible for any custom fees or taxes you may have to pay.

If there’s no one to receive the package and they return it to me, the new shipping costs have to be payed by the client.
